LOUVANA RECORDS
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

Louvana Records, organiser of Fengaros Festival, Fengaros Reacts, Fengaros High and Fengaros Music Village, is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We uphold a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, and pregnancy.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: non-consensual touching, stalking, verbal or physical intimidation, offensive comments, physical assault or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

Anyone found to be engaging in harmful behaviour, including non-consensual touching or verbal harassment, may be removed from the festival grounds, workshops, and may be banned from future events.

If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, no matter how minor it may seem, please do not stay silent. You can report it to any Safety staff or any Fengaros Festival staff member. If you feel uncomfortable expressing your concerns, or if the person harassing you is nearby, please use the phrase “I AM LOOKING FOR IRENE - ΨΑΧΝΩ THN ΕΙΡΗΝΗ.” We will follow your lead, work with you, and do our utmost to address the situation so you can continue to feel safe at the festival and village.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all participants, staff, volunteers, artists, and audience members are treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for helping us create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all.
