After you have purchased your ticket(s), please check both your Inbox and spam folders for the confirmation email that includes your ticket(s).

An email that only includes  the purchase receipt does not grant you access to the festival. Valid ticket(s) always includes a barcode(s).

If you have purchased your ticket(s) but haven't received the barcode(s), please contact support@more.com or 00357 22254657 (10:00 – 18:00).
