CYPD are invested in a new kind of performance art that encompasses storytelling, and a fresh mix of traditional and electronic patterns. The experimental duo’s performances feature live looping, organic and electronic percussion, synths, and woodwinds topped by raw and ambient vocals. CYPD are George Demetriou (NL) and Anastasia Demetriadou (CY) and in the Spring of 2023 they released their debut EP "Mpolikes Poleis", which they will present at Fengaros Festival. Expect colours, movement, poetry and monologues crashing on raw drum grooves and electronics.
