Circle drumming is a very representative form of music in Africa. Coming from Gambia, and raised in communities with circle drumming, Afro Bongo Jam have developed all the knowledge and understanding of this form of music. Their performance at Fengaros is a perfect opportunity to meet the traditional music of Africa that is based on polyrhythms and improvisation. The audience will have the chance to experience this form of music and dance to the African rhythms. Music is a universal language and having the platform to perform their music Fengaros Festival will help both the performers and the audience to find new and common paths of communication.
