Vlamis and the Suns

Vlamis and the Suns is a band created in 2020 by Cypriot songwriter Yiorgos Vlamis (guitar, voice) and his two sons, Angelos Vlamis (drums) and Odysseas Vlamis (keys, bass). Their first single, “Os Edo” (roughly translated as “Up to Here”), was released in the summer of 2021. They are currently working on their first album, “Songs of the Fou”, a collection of songs inspired by nature and the interconnectedness between humans and the cosmos. The songs, written by Yiorgos Vlamis over a span of thirty years, are being revisited, renewed, and arranged by Vlamis and the Suns. At Fengaros Festival 2022, they will present songs from their upcoming album as well as some new songs.
