KOURION SECRET CONCERTS | 26-27 NOVEMBER 2025 | TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of each ticket grants its holder the right to attend Kourion Secret Concerts, provided that they accept and abide by the operational terms and conditions of the venues where the events will take place. Kourion Secret Concerts is presented by Kourion Municipality, organised by Kourion 2030 and Louvana Diskoi Ltd, also known as Louvana Records (the “organiser”) and produced by Studio eleven63.
- The entirety of Kourion Secret Concerts will be videotaped and photographed. Members of the audience appearing in any published material shall have no claims against the company conducting the recordings or the organiser.
- Each ticket grants entry to one individual for all Kourion Secret Concerts events taking place on the date(s) and time(s) stated on the ticket only. Entry to the event is only permitted for the date stated on the ticket.
- Valid tickets are only those purchased online or at official pre-sale points designated by the organiser.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
- Attendees may consume food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages purchased exclusively from official festival vendors. The organiser reserves the right to monitor compliance.
- Attendees are not permitted to bring glass bottles or any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages purchased outside the official vendors of Kourion Secret Concerts. The organiser reserves the right to monitor compliance.
- Carrying flammable materials, pyrotechnics, or any other dangerous objects is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to monitor compliance.
- The organiser may refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The organiser bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property resulting from improper audience behaviour.
- Security staff are present for the safety and assistance of attendees and to ensure the smooth running of the festival. Attendees must comply with their instructions.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the date and/or location of the festival, with public notice provided via the media. In such cases, purchased tickets remain valid. Tickets unused for the new date and/or location may be refunded within ten (10) working days after the end of the festival by submitting a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com.
- In case of emergency (e.g., fire, severe weather, etc.), the event may be cancelled or postponed only after an official announcement by the organiser. A new date and/or location will be announced. Tickets unused for the new date and/or location may be refunded within ten (10) working days after the end of the festival by submitting a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com.
- If the festival is cancelled due to strike, governmental prohibitions, force majeure, adverse weather, or similar causes, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event. Tickets unused for the rescheduled date and/or location may be refunded within ten (10) working days after the end of the festival by submitting a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com.
- In the event of full cancellation of Kourion Secret Concerts, tickets will be refundable within fifteen (15) working days after the official announcement of cancellation. Refunds can be requested by emailing tickets@louvanarecords.com.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the date, stage, or performance lineup, or to cancel an artist’s appearance, with public notice provided via the media. Due to the large number of artists and concerts at the festival, tickets in such cases will remain valid and non-refundable.
- Disclaimer: Some performances may include explicit content. The organiser is not responsible for the behaviour of any artist during the festival.
- All necessary taxes are included in the ticket prices.
