OGMIOS live performances transform into ritualistic experiences, a fusion of whispers and screams, dark atmospheres, projections, costumes, and electronic instruments. Their work draws inspiration from ancient myths and deities, their first album, “Ogmios Slays Gargantan and Baal Muian at Golgous,” was imaginary mythic storytelling rooted in Cypriot folklore. With each album and performance, OGMIOS seeks to recompose history, blur the boundaries between the mythical and the real, and build a sound bridge between the ancient and the contemporary.
