Originating from Thrace, Greece, Thrax Punks put on an energetic show that will keep you moving from start to finish. Their sound is based heavily on Thrace's traditional music, which the trio infuses with a modern aesthetic, as they draw concepts from a mix of genres, creating a unique mash of psychedelia, heavy riffing and math-rock with punk outbursts and live looping. They have performed at the biggest Greek festivals, as well as in the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Cyprus. In 2021 they wrote and performed live for the tragedy of Euripides “Bacchae” in the ancient theatre of Epidaurus, as part of the Athens and Epidaurus festival, with additional performances in Herod Atticus Conservatory and Cyprus.
