Anemourio is a five piece, Cypriot hard rap-rock band. Formed in 2018, the band blends together ideas, styles and sounds. They played across venues on the island before bringing together different worlds and lifestyles in their 2020 debut singles. The band uses their very own Cypriot dialect as their mode of expressing themselves through their eyes and beliefs, to comment on the struggles of class division, reflect on social issues and the world's continual changes. Anemourio’s live shows are full of distorted heavy riffs, aggressive rhythms with experimental sounds combined with the eccentric rhymes of Julio and melodic voice of Freideriki. The band consists of: Julio, Freideriki, Zezos, Petros and Stefanos.
