FENGAROS HIGH 2024 | MAY 18th - DALI AMPHITHEATRE | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of each ticket gives to its holder the right to attend Fengaros High 2024, as long as they accept and abide by the operational conditions of the premises where the events of Fengaros High 2024 will be taking place. Fengaros High 2024 is organised by Louvana Diskoi LTD also known as Louvana Records (the organiser)

• The whole of Fengaros High 2024 will be videotaped / photographed. Members of the audience that will be shown through the material that will be published will not have any claims from the company that will conduct the above or the organiser.

• The purchase of each ticket gives the right to only one person to attend all the events of Fengaros High 2024 specified date/times, written on the ticket.

• Valid tickets are only tickets sold online via fengaros.com and more.com and at the pre-sale points determined by the organiser.

• Ticket purchases are final. Tickets cannot be returned or changed once purchased.

• All festival ticket-holders must head to the festival’s Box Office upon arrival at the festival grounds. By presenting an electronic or printed ticket attendees will exchange their ticket with their own personal wristband.

• Only one vote will be allowed per purchased ticket and only one ticket per individual. The voting process will take place at the event. Voting cannot be completed unless the ticketholder is present at the festival premises.

• Children born January 1st 2016 or after can enter for free with no voting rights unless they purchase a ticket.

• Entry to the festival’s stages will be forbidden to anyone not wearing a festival wristband.

• Attendees must be wearing their wristbands for the duration of the festival in order to be allowed in the festival stages.

• Wristbands will only be available at the festival’s official Box Office and will not be provided at any other location.

• Attendees are allowed to consume products such as food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks purchased only through the festival official vendors. Therefore, they agree that the organiser will have the right to monitor the above.

• Attendees are prohibited to bring glass bottles, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks inside the festival premises other than the ones purchased through the Fengaros High 2024 official vendors. Therefore, they agree that the organiser will have the right to monitor the above.

• Attendees are prohibited to carry flammable objects and/or pyrotechnics and/or any other dangerous objects. Therefore, they agree that the organiser will have the right to monitor the above.

• The organiser has the right not to allow entry to persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

• The organiser will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages of material objects that might occur from improper behavior of the audience.

• Τhe security staff is on the Fengaros High 2024 premises for the service and security of the attendees as well as to ensure the smooth conducting of the festival. Attendees should comply with its indications.

• Τhe organiser holds the right to change the date and/or place of the festival, notifying the public through the media. In this case the already purchased tickets will still be valid. Tickets which were not used during the new date and/or place will be refundable no later than 10 working days after the end of the festival. Refunds can be made possible by sending a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com    

• Ιn case of emergency during the course of the festival (fire, rainstorm e.t.c.), the event will be canceled or postponed ONLY after the official announcement by the organiser to the public. A new date and/or place will be announced. Tickets which were not used during the new date and/or place will be refundable no later than 10 working days after the end of the festival. Refunds can be made possible by sending a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com

• In the case of cancellation of the Fengaros High 2024 due to strike, governmental prohibitions, greater force, bad weather conditions e.t.c. the organiser holds the right to change the date and place of staging the Fengaros High 2024. Tickets which were not used during the new date and/or place will be refundable no later than 10 working days after the end of the festival. Refunds can be made possible by sending a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com

• Ιn the case of cancellation of the Fengaros High 2024, tickets will be refundable no later than 15 working days after the cancelation announcement. Refunds can be made possible by sending a refund request to tickets@louvanarecords.com

• Τhe organiser holds the right to change the date, stage and appearance or cancellation of an artist, notifying the public through the media. Due to the large amount of artists and concerts taking place during the festival, tickets will still be valid and not refundable.

• DISCLAIMER: Some of the acts might include strong language and/or explicit lyrics - the organiser is not responsible for any of the artists behaviour on the festival stages.

• All the necessary taxes are included in the ticket prices.
